校準源 Calibrated Noise Source

配合各種信號產生器(Signal Generator)一起使用，可精確無誤的量測出待測物在所屬頻率範圍內在100MHz、200MHz、1GHz、1.5GHz及2GHz各分別不同的Stepping Calibration Frequency下所產生的Noise Output，和 Flatness的dB值。Calibrated Noise Source產品可選擇Coaxial或 Waveguide串接。
