Noise Generator 雜訊產生器

依各別產品本身的特別規格,其應用所涵蓋的領域可從一般BER、SNR測試、延伸至GPS接收器對各種雜訊干擾敏感度測試,射頻(RF)、微波、光纖等產品的數位寬頻雜訊、干擾測試,藉由儀器產生高振幅因數(Crest Factor)的白高斯雜訊(White Gaussian Noise)功能,可模擬隨機抖動(Random Jitter),對產品做抖動相關分佈測試。此外,可程式化雜訊產生器可應用於相關產品進行SNR、CNR、BER及Eb/No等參數測試。

PNG7000 Analog Noise Generator
The PNG7000A Series instruments generate white Gaussian noise and provide a summing input to control signal-to-noise (SNR) or carrier-to-noise (CNR) for bit-error-ratio (BER) testing. The output can also be used as a source for Jitter applications.

J7000 Jitter Noise Generator
The J7000A Series instruments high crest factor output is used as a random jitter source for serial data bus applications, including PCI Express Gen I & II, Serial ATA, and Fiber Channel. The noise source is designed for the PCI-SIG total jitter (Tj) model serial data application, but can be used for any random jitter noise application.
