雜訊產生器 Noise Generator
依各別產品本身的特別規格，其應用所涵蓋的領域可從一般BER、SNR測試、延伸至GPS接收器對各種雜訊干擾敏感度測試，射頻(RF)、微波、光纖等產品的數位寬頻雜訊、干擾測試，藉由儀器產生高振幅因數(Crest Factor)的白高斯雜訊(White Gaussian Noise)功能，可模擬隨機抖動(Random Jitter)，對產品做抖動相關分佈測試。此外，可程式化雜訊產生器可應用於相關產品進行SNR、CNR、BER及Eb/No等參數測試。
